Why adorable and successful girls got married early after school and 1-2 yrs of job?

I want to ask this question that why this is happening?When I read in Yamuna Vihar C-1 in my class there is also some adorable and intelligent girls,Who got married after B.A B.Com B.Sc.Some have children also.
